At Fire French Clothing, all sales are final. We unfortunately do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products once an order has been placed and delivered, due to being a small business and products being wearable.

We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or product details, please feel free to contact us before placing your order—we’re happy to help.

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will make it right.
